I’m James, a UK born and trained psychological therapist now living in Okemos, Michigan. I have over 10 years experience helping individuals improve their wellbeing.
Originally working for the NHS in England and delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I’ve realized high-intensity therapy isn’t always the best approach for everyone and inevitably most sessions led naturally into a coaching, goal-driven direction.
Today, there are so many stresses and pressures in our day-to-day lives. Life coaching can be a fantastic option for working on some of those challenges in a safe, non-judgemental way, with space to problem solve together, learn and practice useful skills and techniques, with someone to help motivate and encourage you to push past even the most persistent of obstacles.
